The term 'you' refers to the user or viewer of the website.

Our services
You will not receive advice or recommendation from us about any insurance products. We are not an insurance broker and therefore we do not sell insurance. We will pass on the information with which you provide us to one or more specialist insurance intermediaries/providers who may be able to offer products which are suitable to meet your requirements and circumstances. We cannot guarantee that you will always be provided with an insurance quotation as this is dependent on the detail and circumstances of each particular risk. You should check that the insurance intermediary/provider has not made any inaccurate assumptions about you based on your request for a quote.You are allowed to use our website and access our service free of charge. We do however charge the third party product or service provider a fee/commission for this service.

What are your responsibilities?
It is your responsibly to ensure that all information used by an insurance intermediary/provider in arranging an insurance policy for you is correct. You warrant to us that all information you submit to us is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
